The Greenwich Peninsula Chaplaincy
The Chaplaincy provides for the spiritual, educational and social needs of the emerging community on the Greenwich Peninsula. It is available for anyone on the Peninsula, residents, construction workers, visitors; indeed, anyone frequenting the Peninsula.
The Prayer Space near to the Emirates Cable Car is the focus of the Chaplaincy’s activities. Chaplains from various faith groups are available in the Prayer Space to listen and chat to anyone who calls in. A team of volunteers are on hand to welcome visitors.
The Prayer Space
The Prayer Space can be found near to the Emirates Airline cable car station.
The Prayer Space is available to individuals for prayer, conversation with a Welcomer or a Chaplain, or just a bit of peace and quiet; and it is also available to the borough's faith communities for their own events.
The Prayer Space is open from 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. On Monday, Thursday and Friday.
